Withdrawal and cancellation of services, and financial transactions:
- Please note that registration is a firm commitment to attend the workshop. Any changes must be made 48 HOURS PRIOR TO EVENT.
- If you need to cancel a reservation, you must do so within 48 hours of that workshop in order to receive a credit to your online account for the full amount you paid.
- We reserve the right to cancel workshops for unforeseen circumstances. Registrants will be notified at least 24 hours prior to workshop time and payments can be refunded or a gift certificate for another time can be issued.
Please arrive early to the session:
- We recommend you arrive 30 minutes before the workshop to allow time to get ready and find your seat.
Reserved seating:
- We have a seat designated for you with an easel set up before you arrive for workshop.
- Let us know ahead of time (24 hours notice) if a friend wants to sit next to you. They will be need to have a reservation.
Supplies:
- We provide the canvas, easel, brushes, paints, for the workshop.
- Food and drinks will need to be purchased separately from the establishment or venue.
- ID will be asked for at the door.
- Good ruling behavior is expected at all time, forbidding unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc. will not be tolerated.
